West Los Angeles, CA, Hotel June - A recent family gathering lent to a stay at this cute, vibey hotel in Culver City, CA. Great customer service! Modern rooms with reasonable rates. 35-55 minute drive from Downtown L.A., contingent on traffic. Hotel June is a lovely hotel for solo travelers and families on the move. Public transit seemed limited, so I'd suggest rideshare or having a car for navigating L.A. Also, some items at the adjacent grocery store and cafe are pricey...i.e. $17.01 for lox on a slice of toasted sourdough bread! Save a couple of coins and drive/walk a block or two to grab essential items. LAX is the nearest airport, with a 10-20 minute drive from the hotel.
